Mission Statement

The Cedar Hill ISD Extended Day Program is dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children before and after the school day. Recognizing that all children are unique, we will strive to help them reach their full potential as responsible citizens in
our culturally diverse community.

• To provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children in a quality after-school program.
• To provide activities that meet the cognitive, social, physical and emotional needs of the children.
• To provide on-going training to the facility staff.
• To utilize school and district resources and personnel to strengthen the program.
• To develop and maintain a close working relationship with the school.
• To communicate clearly with parents, staff, and school.

General Information

Cost--Tuition will be $125 per month for each child in a family who qualifies for free or reduced lunch. An approved lunch application must be on file to receive the discount rate.  Tuition for non-qualifying students is $250 per month.  There is a $50 registration fee per child.  Payments accepted:  Cashier’s checks or money orders only. 

Eligibility--Children enrolled in the Extended Day Program must be kindergarten through fourth grade in the Cedar Hill ISD.

The Extended Day Program is administered and coordinated by the Office of Student Support and Community Services. The Program follows and adheres to all policies and procedures of  Cedar Hill ISD.
